Blocked exits and hallways, fire hazards from stacked paper and materials, spoiled food, pest-affected items, and bathrooms or kitchens that can no longer be used. Our goal is a home that is safe for the client, their caregivers and their neighbors.
Helping clients keep their housing
Many of these cases come with a deadline: a landlord notice, a building inspection or a housing court date. We schedule urgent cases as quickly as possible and provide before and after photos that can help show the condition has been addressed.
Working with APS, case workers and families
We regularly work alongside case workers, social workers and families on these cases. We keep everyone informed and provide the documentation they need.
