Gloves and crisp, clean garments have always been a part of the Cleanout Express crew member uniform. But as extra measure, our junk haulers are now fully disinfecting their hands before engaging in any junk removal activity for you.

We encourage frequent, thorough, warm-water handwashing throughout the day, especially after having completed work on a job site, before or after eating, and before or after using any restrooms.

To encourage the comfort of our customers, Cleanout Express is cheerfully able to collect your garbage and waste at the curbside. In this way, you can avoid any unnecessary contact with us. This extends to payment as well: we can handle it over the computer or over the phone.

In addition, Cleanout Express carefully monitors updates from the Centers for Disease Control and World Health Organization on the proper response to COVID-19. We are also honoring any locally enforced protocols in New York regarding coronavirus.
