We prefer that someone is there on-site when our crew arrives. If no one is on the property, Cleanout Express will size up the rubbish items and load size to finalize pricing and will call to confirm this over the phone. Upon your approval, we will then kick-start the junk removal job.

Cleanout Express’s junk removal process includes considerations for recycling, reuse and environmental protection.

Most of the junk is delivered to the nearest solid waste facility or transfer station for proper disposal. However, items that are determined to be salvageable are relegated to one or more charity drop-off and/or recycling centers.
